| Description: | Join Worcester Historical Museum for The Harvey Ball 2012 as they present the 12th Annual Harvey Ball Smile Award, The Harvey, to Worcester City Manager Michael V. O'Brien for his tireless commitments to the City of Worcester and for making the community smile. The celebration will be held under a tent on Worcester City Hall Plaza.
