| Description: | Different visions of some of Worcester's landmarks as seen in illustrations by Doug Chapel and photographs by Joan Gage. Landmarks featured in the show include the Paris Cinema, the Owl Shop, the Corner Lunch, Miss Worcester Diner, Boulevard Diner, the Aurora, Dr. Gonzo's and Turtle Boy. The reception for "Welcome to Worcester", featuring authentic Coney Island hot dogs, is on Thursday, Sept. 9 from 6 to 8 p.m., 129 Highland St. College students especially welcome. | |
