| Description: | This tour, conducted by Ray Rickman, will visit the College Hill home and studio of Edward and Christiana Carteaux Bannister. The walk will also include five other sites associated with the noted African-American artist and a lively discussion of several other landmarks. A stop at the Providence Art Club to view one of Bannister's landscape paintings will conclude the tour. Tickets are $10 each, tour lasts about ninety minutes. Reservations are required. | |
