| Description: | Learn the elegant and lethal martial art of the Renaissance swordsman. In this introductory course you will enjoy a hands-on experience of the days of legend and romance while developing fitness, improving coordination, and having fun! This class consists of four 1 1/2 hour sessions. No experience of equipment is necessary. Class is open to age 18+ (or 14+ with a participating parent). Pre-registration is required.
