| Description: | The purpose of this program is to discuss various management strategies which will allow for the participants to begin strategizing making changes within their specific work environment. Following a brief lecture, and to orient the participants to various efficiency models, several case studies will be analyzed within groups and presented to the larger group. As a result of attending this workshop, the participant should have a good idea on some changes in mind and be energized to begin Doing More with less! |
