| Description: | I run a small local business offering PC Repairs, Upgrades, PC Building, Data Backup/Transfers, Operating System Software/Installs, Hardware Configuration / Troubleshooting, Networking Services, Spyware/Virus Removal, Strange Error/Missing File & Other Pop-up Window Removals, System Optimization and Diagnosis, PC Training and other services available! Want to get rid of Windows 7 or Vista and run Windows XP Professional on your New PC or an older one? No Problem! It can be done, despite what most Manufacturer's will tell you or what they recommend, it is just that the PC Manufacturers refuse to service older systems because they are lazy and only want to make profits by forcing you to upgrade everything, even if your usage is minimal. Unlike Best Buy and their "Geek Squad" and other Corporate Agencies which seek only to service something for a limited time, I offer mostly unlimited support. Best Buy's Agents literally use discs that they insert to tell them what is wrong with your PC and instruct them on what to do. All of my PC work is done manually by true hands-on experience for years with PC Hardware and Operating Systems. I offer both Full Technical Support, as well as the fact that I am willing to service anything that I sell or repair for as long as it is in existence! And even most older legacy hardware and devices, and can answer any of your questions on compatibility and backward-compatibility. I also manually remove Viruses, rather than depending on Virus programs to do the job, which they do not always do. Fully Personalized Service, I am available for recommendations and to answer any types of questions you may have. Laptop Repairs: I will replace Hard Drives, Some Keyboards & CD/DVD Drives and RAM in Notebook PC's. I do not however, offer Screen Repair or DC Jack repair. Expect me to give you honest PC advice, including Virus Scanner / Online protection, and I will recommend or sell you a product if I believe it is something that suits your needs, and I will give you the most reasonable prices I believe you will find. I service the Worcester County area, and Boston Area. Some areas for on-site work may require additional fees if out of my service area. I am based in Worcester, Massachusetts.
