| Description: | For those of you who suffer from arthritis, an RN from Ace Medical Services will come to the senior center to teach a LOW IMPACT way of getting those arms and legs moving without pain and the different ways you can help to stop the pain of arthritis. You will also receive information on different exercises you can do at home, herbal treatments, and ways of strengthening your muscles and joints. Class meets 12/29, 1/26, & 2/23. Space is limited.
