| Description: | Reiki I/ 1st Degree Workshop (Usui Reiki): Learn the natural method which uses life energy flow for relaxation, balance, well-being and acceleration of healing. The history of Usui Reiki is taught. You will receive Reiki I attunements; learn standard hand positions to treat yourself and others; and give and receive a Reiki treatment. Upon completion of the class, you will be able to practice Reiki on yourself and others. Taught by Reiki Master Teacher. Reiki I Certificate given.
