| Description: | The Shrewsbury Public Library is sponsoring a film festival in conjunction with The Big Read celebration. Seven films dealing with war will be shown over seven Friday evenings at the library, located at 609 Main St. The third film, All Quiet on the Western Front, will be shown at 7pm on Friday, November 20. This classic film about World War I is based on the novel by Erich Maria Remarque. Admission is free and all are welcome. | |
