| Description: | A fun and empowering workshop for women seeking to experiment with or return to dance, with a bellydance focus! All ages and fitness levels welcome; prior experience not required. Includes a gentle but thorough physical warmup; introduction/review of bellydance technique; a welcoming group exercise in creative movement; and a closing cooldown with guided relaxation.
