Do you know that employment experts champion networking as the most successful approach to seeking employment and increasing customer/client base? Are you uncomfortable about trying to sell yourself in a room full of people you have never met?
Then speed networking is for you!
Join Worcester Central Massachusetts Connections for its first speed networking event. By establishing a structure for participants to meet and network with many people in a short period of time, speed networking is a powerful tool for job seekers (either unemployed or changing positions/careers), professionals and business owners, and employers seeking qualified candidates.
Space is limited, and entry will be on a first come first served basis. Open to everyone. Bring plenty of business cards. There is no charge for admission, but a minimal per person donation will be requested to defray costs.
6:30 PM Doors will open for registration.

7:15 8:15 Group Speed Networking

Founded in 2009, Worcester Central Massachusetts Connections (WCMC) seeks to provide support, opportunities and information about resources for those in the Greater Worcester area who are confronting the impact of the recession. The collaborative and non-denominational effort of five area synagogues, Jewish Family Service of Worcester, and the Jewish Federation of Central Massachusetts, WCMC sponsors success teams, informational workshops and networking events.
Cost: No charge for admission, but a minimal per person donation will be requested to defray costs.
