This course will incorporate several warm glass processes including basic full fuse, tack fuse and slumping firing techniques. Other techniques could include glass painting, sandblasting, frit fusing, gilding and cold/UV gluing. Beginners will make several pieces using basic fusing techniques while more advanced fusers are encouraged to work on projects incorporating several of the processes covered in class. All levels welcome. Materials are not included in the cost of tuition, student costs will vary based on the scope of individual projects.

Avoid wearing man made fibers and bring a bottle of water with you to class. All glass classes take place at the Worcester Center for Crafts' New Street Glass Studio, 35B New Street, Worcester, MA 01605
