The Clothesline Project is a vehicle for women affected by violence to express their emotions by decorating a shirt. They then hang the shirt on a clothesline to be viewed by others as testimony to the problem of violence against women. http://www.clotheslineproject.org/
Start Time 11am
Take Back The Night has the mission to end sexual violence and empower women. The event includes an Open Mic style rally and a candlelight vigil. Participants are invited to stand up and speak out against sexual violence
through sharing personal stories, poetry, music and other means of expression.
