ABSTRACT: In my talk, I will discuss some joint work with Prof. Anna Liu of UMASS Amherst in multi-level longitudinal analysis for a binary response. We will present our methodology and compare our approach with pre-existing methods. An application to an AIDS clinical trial will be discussed. In the second half of my talk, I will discuss some joint work with Prof. Anna Liu (UMASS), Prof. Mark Kon (BU), Dr. Ping Shi (Harvard Medical School), and Dr. Shinuk Kim (BU) in gene set analysis and gene network visualization. Our work is motivated by a breast cancer survival dataset and an Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia dataset.
