A few short months ago, the Museum launched a grassroots fundraising campaign to
re-open the Salisbury Street doors. We asked our Members and the community to help us raise $60,000. We received 321 gifts from youranging in amount from $25-500. On June 20, 2012, WAM Director Matthias Waschek happily announced that with the support of the community, we far exceeded our fundraising goal. Thus far, you have helped us raise $94,113.
As promised, the Salisbury Street doors are now open during ALL gallery hours.
As a thank you to the community for your support, Matthias also announced that there will be FREE GENERAL ADMISSION for the months of July and August. Yes, you read correctlyFREE.
