YOGA&more is pleased to invite you to join in for Svaroopa Yoga on Tuesday nights. This class is beginner Hatha Yoga in the Svaroopa Style.

Low back ache? Stiff neck? Limited shoulder motion? Life too stressful? Think yoga is only for the young? We have a way to make your body feel lighter and move better. Known as "bliss yoga", Svaroopa Yoga is yoga for "the rest of us" who feel they are too inflexible or stiff to take yoga. Benefits of Hatha Yoga taught in the Svaroopa style are pain relief, stress reduction, greater flexibility, a boost to the immune system and quieting of the mind.
