The Humanities in Medicine Committee of the Lamar Soutter Library presents a talk and book signing by Carolyn Roy-Bornstein, MD. Dr. Roy-Bornstein tells of her journey when her son is hit by a teenage drunk driver in her book, "Crash." She began addressing traumatic brain injury and underage drinking by publishing articles and essays and speaking to groups. Books will be available for purchase. A reception will be held at 5:30, with her talk beginning at 6:00.
