native, Executive Chef Barry E. Sexton and our own Executive Chef & Co-Owner Albert Maykel III.
About the Chefs
Chef Sextons impressive 30 year career includes creating inside the worlds most premiere restaurants and hotels and the Food Networks, Dinner Impossible. Named Top Chef To Watch, he is also the owner of the Opinionated Palate in Philadelphia.

EVO Dinings Co-Owner & Executive Chef Albert Maykel III is an award winning chef with an impressive resume which includes Worcester Country Club, Pearl Oyster, and Tatnuck Country Club before taking the helm at EVO in 2008. He was recently named a Peoples Choice Award Winner in the 2011 Worcesters Best Chef Competition, he competes again in January.

The evening will begin at six-thirty with cocktails as Clark University s Clark Bars student a 'capella group serenade guests on arrival. The lavish multicourse dinner will begin at seven oclock and feature hand selected wine pairings presented to our guests by consulting sommelier, Christine Zecker.

Colorectal Cancer is the second most common type of cancer in men and women, affecting an estimated 150,000 people in the United States Annually. Through early detection and screening this cancer can be prevented.
