Health - Class/Workshop

is an open yoga practice for the community to flow together, to inspire and support each other in the joy of yoga. Modifications are offered for students of every experience level, so all are welcome. This class is for you to do the yoga that is best for you on the given day, to be shown a wide variety of options and inspiration for what is possible, and to use all the tools of yoga to create internal balance.
Suggested Audiences: Elders, Adult, College, High School
