All are welcome to relieve stress, increase flexibility and balance, improve strength and calm the mind. This class will be a gentle, supportive yoga practice for people of all experience levels. Fallon Community Health Plan members and non-members are welcome. Members may apply this class to their It Fits! benefit. Pre-registration is required: 1-888-807-2908.

Cost: $40 fee for this 8-week program
