All are welcome to attend this healthy lifestyle behavior program. You will learn how to set goals and to understand food labels, portion control and the reasons why breakfast is important. You'll discover ways to add fruits, vegetables and whole grains into your diet; cook healthier meals, de-stress and learn the benefits of exercise. There are 7 weekly one-hour sessions.
