Are you fascinated by the ornate letters and designs of Medieval illuminated manuscripts like the "Book of Hours" or the "Book of Kells"? This introductory class shows you how to transform a single letter into a floral decorated vignette. To help inspire your designs, we will briefly review historic and modern styles of illustrated initials. Materials list provided.
