This gentle and effective muscle toning and core-strengthening program enables you to get a total body workout by using body-weight exercises. This program is adaptable so you ca bring hand-held weights and/or a stability ball if you wish and we can incorporate these into the program as well. non-impact and modification friendly. All participants please be sure to bring an exercise mat and water.
Cost: $85.00 for 8 weeks for Worcester Resident
