Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic flow of postures connected together by breathing new energy throughout the body. Vinyasa class is invigorating for the body and mind. Poses are sequenced together like a dance while adding some strengthening sequences. 75 minutes The Vigorous Vinyasa brings a deeper level of heat and power, detoxification and strength.
