Yoga Warriors is a beginner yoga class for military personnel, veterans, first responders and their families. This class is designed to introduce the basics of yoga and will include positive affirmations, yoga postures, breathing and relaxation techniques. This class emphasizes emotional healing and will focus on a relaxed pace in a safe and nurturing environment. Yoga is a simple, effective technique that delivers inner peace, vibrant health and relaxation.
