Importer and Winebuyer Peter Sagansky will conduct a Sparkling Wine Seminar. Peters goal will be to demystify sparkling wines for the attendees and to help them to make better buying decisions. He will explain: How Champagnes and other Sparkling Wines are made, Sparkling Wine styles and their quality levels, Sparkling Wine terminology, The grape types used and how they effect the wines scents and flavors, Their versatility with foods. The seminar will last 30 minutes. A casual free Wine Tasting of great summer wines including Sparkling Wines, Dry Rosés and perfect BBQ reds will follow the session. Sturbridge Cheese and Chocolates will contribute samples of Artisan Cheeses, Chocolate Truffles and Fudge. A 10% discount will be offered at The Winebuyers Outlet following the seminar that evening to members of the Central Mass South Chamber of Commerce.
Cost: Free for CMS Chamber Members, $20 for non-members
