Ms. Brady discussing her book Fraternity, which focuses on Father Brooks' courageous pursuit of racial equality by integrating the College of the Holy Cross in the late '60s, and five of the students whose lives he changed forever. Ms. Brady will discuss her decision to document this compelling tale followed by a question and answer session. Guests will have the opportunity to purchase a copy of Fraternity and have it signed by Ms. Brady in a reception following the talk. Light refreshments will be served following the presentation. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas describes Father Brooks as “a combination of friend, uncle, priest, saint, Good Samaritan.”
