The Patriot Daylily Society will have a daylily plant sale and silent auction in the main building on the campus of NEADS, 305 Redemption Rock Trail South (Route 140) in Princeton, Mass., located in northern Worcester County. The event is open to the public and is free; light refreshments will be available and parking is easy and free.
Daylilies are plants that bloom every summer; each bloom lasts only for a day and is very exotic and unusual. If people want to sell their daylilies, tables for selling are free; but the Patriot Daylily Society will keep 10% of the proceeds. The plants must be sold as bare root or in pots and must be free of loose dirt.
