Healthy Backs Yoga
Oh those bones, oh those bones, oh those skeleton bones. With the hip bone connected to the backbone and the back bone connected to the neck bone - you know the song. The health of your back influences every aspect of your life. Sitting for long periods, standing for long periods, driving, bad posture, etc. - all affect the back. This class is designed to relieve stiffness in the hips, back, neck and shoulders while providing strength and flexibility to have a more vital back. You don't need to be injured to benefit from this class, keeping a healthy back promotes a healthy life.
