Yoga to the Core

Strengthen your core muscles while remaining fully aware of your body. Using traditional yoga postures, pilates-inspired movements and breathing techniques we will condition your abdominal muscles, strengthen your back muscles and achieve balance, strength and an overall healthier body. We build progressively through a sequence of postures and breathing exercises to help you condition your entire core and live a life with better posture, a refined body shape, better balance, and an appreciation for your body. Appropriate for all levels.
