Meditation - Class/Workshop

Shavasana meditation is a deep relaxation meditation done lying on our backs. We will experience a gentle guided meditation to start the class. We will then let our bodies go exposing ourselves to a beautiful and peaceful release of stress and toxins. The last 10 to 15 minutes of class will be spent in open discussion. Please bring a yoga mat and pillows or blankets to make yourself as comfortable as possible. Blankets are recommended as your body temperature drops when in deep relaxation. Class starts at 7pm sharp.
