This class is the perfect place and time to learn yoga! Monday night beginner classes are easy to follow and accessible to all levels. We practice relaxation, stretching, strengthening and gentle flow. For new students the class is clearly described and we take our time learning the fundamentals of yoga. For experienced students this class is the perfect time to slow down and go deeper into your form and self study.
