PPL presents &lt;strong&gt;Rhode Island 101 - Selections from Our Rhode Island Collection&lt;/strong&gt;, an exhibit mounted in conjunction with local author Tim Lehnert's recent book &lt;i&gt;Rhode Island 101&lt;/i&gt; and talks he will give at the Library on October 1 (PPL's 2009 Annual Meeting) and Sunday, October 18 (Central Library Open House, 1 - 4 pm). Images and items exhibited correspond to cited references in Lehnert's book. The photographs on display are all from the Rhode Island Collection, and the books and pamphlets are from PPL Special Collections. The exhibit is displayed in the Library's Marble Staircase (outside Special Collections on the 3rd floor) and will run through October.&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Access to both collections is open to the public whenever the Library is open.
