Seven Hills Bistro is an American classic featuring a handsome dining room, lengthy menu and attentive service. The dining room is rich, with lush carpeting, wood accents and ample spacing between tables, which are spread out over two levels. Appetizers include a well-stocked salad bar, lobster quesadillas, and spinach & artichoke dip. Entrees include a selection of steaks (filet, strip, rib eye, & tips); pork chops; seafood (salmon, scrod, swordfish, catch of the day);and chicken breast.
Other dishes include Wild Mushroom Ravioli, Chicken Paillards, and Tortellini Ambrodo. All entrees include the salad bar. Desserts include Chocolate Lava Divine and Banana Caramel Cheesecake Xango. Prices are what you would expect for a 4-star restaurant, with most entrees close to $20.

Originally, the Italian Kitchen began at the East Side Improvement Club on Shrewsbury Street in Worcester. At that time, Chubby Panarelli began making homemade Italian sausage with his longtime friend and fellow cook, Umbie Urella. The great demand for their creation formed a need to expand and the first Italian Kitchen began at 172 Shrewsbury St. Later it was moved across the street where it remained for 35 years. It was there that almost every family member for 3 generations, including our mother at the age of 17, got to taste the great food and learn all facets of a family owned and operated restaurant. Then, in 1987, Carmella had an opportunity to open her own restaurant here in Brookfield. Carmella's Italian Kitchen won The Entertainment Book's "Best Ethnic Restaurant" award in 1998 and Worcester Magazine's "Best Restaurant Outside the City" award in 2003. After all these years, we still pride ourselves with "mother's homemade taste and style."

Pine Ridge Snow Park (formally Pine Ridge Ski Area) re-opened under new management in the Fall of 2003 for the 2003-2004 Ski season. Pine Ridge is located in beautiful, historic Barre, MA.
The Upper Deck Sports Bar & Grille with vaulted ceilings and new, large, high windows facing the slope, it makes the upstairs a perfect place for enjoying food and drink while watching activities on the hill. Originally, the Italian Kitchen began at the East Side Improvement Club on Shrewsbury Street in Worcester. At that time, Chubby Panarelli began making homemade Italian sausage with his longtime friend and fellow cook, Umbie Urella. The great demand for their creation formed a need to expand and the first Italian Kitchen began at 172 Shrewsbury St. Later it was moved across the street where it remained for 35 years. It was there that almost every family member for 3 generations, including our mother at the age of 17, got to taste the great food and learn all facets of a family owned and operated restaurant. Then, in 1987, Carmella had an opportunity to open her own restaurant here in Brookfield. Carmella's Italian Kitchen won The Entertainment Book's "Best Ethnic Restaurant" award in 1998 and Worcester Magazine's "Best Restaurant Outside the City" award in 2003. After all these years, we still pride ourselves with "mother's homemade taste and style."

Pine Ridge Snow Park (formally Pine Ridge Ski Area) re-opened under new management in the Fall of 2003 for the 2003-2004 Ski season. Pine Ridge is located in beautiful, historic Barre, MA.
The Upper Deck Sports Bar & Grille with vaulted ceilings and new, large, high windows facing the slope, it makes the upstairs a perfect place for enjoying food and drink while watching activities on the hill. The decor includes comfortably rustic furnishings, designer antler lighting fixtures and warm color choices, along with a handsome, custom built bar, carved in Spanish cherry. On the ceiling, large, rough cut oak was installed in post and beam construction. Two wide screen plasma TVs with HD sit high over the bar for uninterrupted viewing, and are wired to a superb sound-surround system. New flat screen TVs were installed both upstairs and downstairs in the lodge. And, as all sports bars should, the walls are adorned with many photos, pictures and invaluable sports memorabilia from the Red Sox, Patriots, Celtics & the Bruins.
