Courtesy of the Humana Wellness Information Zone Project, the Southwest Branch Library is pleased to offer on-going YOGA and TAI-CHI workshops for the general public. All ages, and abilities are welcome. Classes are theraputic and excellent for any persons with injuries, Arthritis, high blood pressure, hypertnetion or obesity issues. Peaceful setting...and holistic healing that's FUN for everyone. For those persons unable to sit or lay down on the floor, Baba Yoga Bey modifies movements for persons seated in chairs, including wheelchairs. *Yoga Mats are provided, however, you are welcome bring your own personal mat.
